One and Done Content Creation records you on camera and microphone and sends what you say to other companies so it can be transcribed and turned into content. That is a lot of trust, so this page says exactly what is collected, who receives it, how long it stays, and how to get rid of it.

What we collect

  • Your account details — name and email address, from whichever login you signed in with.
  • What you type — your topic and goal, brand settings, and any links or PDFs you attach for the app to read.
  • Your recordings — the video and audio of your interviews, captured in the browser and uploaded as files.
  • Your transcripts — the full text of what you said, with word-level timings.
  • What the app makes from all of that — reels, posts, images, documents, captions and finished video.
  • Basic technical logs — errors, and how far along each video is and how long it took. These are for keeping the app working, not for profiling you.

There is no advertising tracking in this app. Cookies are used to keep you signed in, nothing else.

Where it goes

To do its job the app sends your material to specialist providers. Each one gets only what it needs, and each one processes it on our instruction:

DeepgramTurns speech into text

Your interview audio, live while you record and again for the final transcript.

OpenAIPulls readable text out of documents and links

Text from PDFs and web links you add.

AnthropicWrites the posts, scripts, carousels and documents

Your transcript, your topic and goal, and any links or documents you attached.

GoogleMakes images, posters and slides (Gemini)

Text prompts built from your transcript and brand settings.

ElevenLabsThe spoken voice used in audio

Text you asked to be spoken aloud.

RendiPuts together the finished reels and the full video

Your recorded video, plus the list of cuts and the caption text for each reel, and your logo if you turned it on.

CloudConvertMakes video smaller and adds captions

Your recorded video and audio files, only if the older way of making videos is switched on.

JSONCutPuts videos together the older way

Your recorded video and the list of cuts, only if the older way of making videos is switched on.

Base44Hosts the app, the database and file storage

Everything: your account, your recordings, transcripts and the files made from them.

These providers run in the United States and Europe, so your recordings and transcripts cross borders. Each keeps data under its own policy — typically a short retention window for abuse monitoring — and that part is outside our control. We do not sell your data, and we do not hand it to anyone not on this list unless the law requires it.

How your files are stored

Recordings and rendered videos live in Base44 file storage. Each file sits at a long, random, unguessable web address. That address is not listed or indexed anywhere — but it is not password-protected either, so anyone you give the exact link to can open the file. Treat those links like keys. When a recording is deleted after its 30 days, its links stop working too, apart from a copy the internet's delivery servers may keep for a while (see “How long we keep it” below).

Inside the app, your data is yours alone. Recordings, transcripts, projects and everything made from them are readable only by the account that created them — other users of this app cannot see your work.

How long we keep it

We keep recordings, transcripts and everything made from them for 30 days from the recording date, then delete them. Every recording shows how many days are left, and we email you a week before a recording is deleted and again the day before. After deletion, a short note that the recording existed (its title, date and a few details like its length) stays on your account, and our usage records stay for billing. Once a recording is deleted we cannot bring it back. This rule does not apply to accounts we mark as unlimited.

Our files are kept in two places: Base44, the company that hosts the app and stores our files, and Rendi, the video maker we use. When a recording's 30 days run out, we delete its files in both places: the recording itself, the pictures, the sound files, the captions, the covers and the videos. After that, a download link you saved stops working. A copy that was already opened may stay on the internet's delivery servers for a while before it goes away. If you delete a recording yourself before then, we delete its files the same way, soon after.

Deleted records may stay in our platform's trash and backups, and in our vendors' logs, for a while after deletion, until they are cleared. If you want something erased sooner, or want to know what is left, email us at n.shery@nowrisebusiness.com. We will help, and ask our vendors on your behalf where needed; we cannot promise their answer or timing.

Getting your data out, or deleting it

  • Export — open any recording and use its export and download controls to pull down the video, the transcript and everything made from it as files you keep.
  • Delete a recording — delete it from History or from the recording itself. That removes the video, the transcript and everything made from it.
  • Revoke sharing — kill any share link you handed out, from the recording that created it.
  • Delete your whole account — get in touch and we will remove the account and everything in it.

Depending on where you live you may also have the right to ask what we hold on you, to correct it, or to object to how it is handled.

Recording other people is your responsibility

If anyone other than you appears or speaks in a recording, getting their agreement is on you, not on us.

Before you record someone else, tell them plainly: they are being recorded on video and audio, the recording is transcribed and sent to the AI providers listed above, and reels from it may be published. Get their agreement first.

Many places require every person in a recording to consent, and some require it in writing. It is on you to know the rule where you and they are, and to follow it. Do not record someone who has not agreed, do not record children without a parent, and do not speak other people’s confidential information into a recording.

Security, honestly

Access to your data is enforced per account, API keys stay on the server and never reach your browser, and traffic is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure. If we ever discover a breach affecting your recordings, we will tell you.

Children

This app is not for under-16s. Do not create an account for a child, and do not record one without a parent or guardian present and agreeing.

Changes to this page

If what we collect or who receives it changes, this page and the date at the top change with it. New processors get named here before they start receiving your data.
