Terms of Use

Last updated 27 October 2026

These are the rules for using One and Done Content Creation. Using the app means you accept them. They are written in plain English because you should be able to read them once and know where you stand.

What One and Done Content Creation does

You pick a topic. The app interviews you out loud, records the video and audio, transcribes what you said, and turns it into reels, posts, documents and a full video. It is a production tool. It does not fact-check you, and it does not decide what is safe or lawful for you to publish.

Your account

One account is one person. Keep your login to yourself — anything done from your account counts as done by you. Your recordings, transcripts and generated content are visible only to your account; do not try to reach anyone else’s.

Acceptable use

Do not use One and Done Content Creation to:

  • Record anyone who has not agreed to be recorded. If someone else appears or speaks in a recording, getting their agreement is your job — see the Privacy page.
  • Upload documents, links, audio or images you do not have the right to use.
  • Produce content that harasses, defames, deceives, or impersonates a real person or organisation, including putting words in someone's mouth.
  • Generate sexual content involving minors, content that incites violence, or anything else illegal where you are.
  • Present AI-generated material as an interview that actually happened with someone else.
  • Scrape, resell, or reverse-engineer the service, or run it through automation that hammers the render and AI pipelines.
  • Work around usage limits, quotas, or the access rules that keep accounts separate.

If an account is doing any of the above we can pause or close it, and we can remove the content involved.

What you make is yours

You own your recordings, your transcripts, and the reels, posts, documents and videos the app makes from them. We claim no ownership over any of it. We do not use your recordings or transcripts to train models.

The only permission you give us is the one needed to actually run the service: to store your files, process them, and pass them to the providers listed on the Privacy page so they can be transcribed, generated and rendered. That permission ends when you delete the content.

One honest caveat about AI output: it is not exclusive. Another user asking a similar question can get similar wording, and rules on copyright in AI-generated material vary by country. Treat generated text and images as a strong draft you own and are free to use, not as a guaranteed exclusive asset.

You are the publisher

AI gets things wrong. It mishears names, invents plausible detail, mistimes captions, and writes confident sentences that are not true. Everything the app produces is a draft for you to check. Once you publish it, it is your statement — read the copy, verify the facts and figures, and watch the video before it goes out.

Service limits

The app has real, technical ceilings. The main ones:

  • The finished video is put together from pieces under 5 minutes each.
  • Transcription, AI generation, images and video run on paid third-party credits. When a provider's credits run out or its API is down, the feature stops until it is topped up or restored — the app will tell you which one failed.
  • Making video happens on shared machines and queues when they are busy. Times are not guaranteed.
  • Fair use applies. Volume far beyond normal single-user work may be throttled.

Features change. We add, alter and remove them without notice, though we will not delete your existing content to do it.

No warranty

The service is provided as-is. We do not promise it will be available when you need it, that a recording will always capture, that a video will always finish, or that output will be accurate or fit for any particular purpose.

Recordings can fail — hardware, browser permissions and network drops all break capture, and a lost recording usually cannot be recovered. If a recording matters, download the video and transcript once it finishes, and within 30 days, and keep your own copy.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost recordings, lost content, lost revenue, or any indirect loss arising from using the app.

How long we keep your recordings

We keep each recording, and everything we make from it, for 30 days from the day it was recorded. After that we delete the video, the words, the reels, the posts, the pictures, the documents, the podcast and the files we stored for them. Download anything you want to keep within those 30 days. The app shows how many days are left on every recording, and we email you a week before and the day before. We keep a short note that the recording existed, so your account history stays right, and we keep our usage records for billing. A recording made before this rule started is kept for 30 days from the day the rule started. This rule does not apply to accounts we mark as unlimited.

Ending it

You can delete any recording at any time, which deletes its video, its transcript and everything made from it. You can stop using the app whenever you like and ask us to close your account. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Changes to these terms

If we change them, the date at the top changes. Material changes will be flagged in the app rather than quietly slipped in.
